Delirium tremens in patients living in ecologically unfavorable region of tula region (clinics, therapy)

The article presents the results of clinical, psychopathological, psychological and statistical survey of 92 patients with delirium tremens. It is shown that the clinical picture of alcoholism (alcoholism, delirium tremens) in patients living under unfavorable environmental conditions (study group) is more severe than in patients from relatively satisfactory environmental area (control group). Intellectual-mnestic disorders in patients of the study group studied with Wechsler's method are more severe than in control group. Diagnosis of intellectual-mnestic disorders and their correction in post-psychotic period of delirium tremens will allow developing the appropriate anti-alcohol treatment.
