Альвеококкоз. Неопреабельные поражения печени. Тактика ведения - трансплантация или медикаментозное лечение

В данной статье отражены результаты исследования по оценке эффективности медикаментозного лечения (альбендозолом) неоперабельного альвеококкоза печени. Также отражено сравнение эффективности на основе данных о выживаемости пациентов после медикаментозного лечения и трансплантации печени при неоперабельном альвеококкозе печени. Исследование показало, что медикаментозное лечение эффективнее трансплантации печени.
