Ambulatory surgical treatment for pain in the shoulder. New aspects of the pathogenesis and treatment

The aim of study was to assess the effectiveness of corticosteroids and hyaluronic acid in the outpatient treatment of patients with pain in the shoulder. Studies have shown that a key element in the pathogenesis of the disease is a degenerative-dystrophic and inflammatory changes in the synovial-entezial complex muscle-tendon rotator cuff shoulder rotator. In series, the combined use of corticosteroids and hyaluronic acid in the complex treatment of 151 patients in 87,2% of рositive results were obtained.
