The article deals with the content and functional features of innovative activities of the Magnitogorsk pedagogical College. The authors proved that the success of innovative activities of the College is ensured if under the theme of innovative work in College and a single innovative educational space formed by the willingness of experts to the professional activity, an increased level of scientific and methodological competence of teachers, improved pedagogic qualification of teachers, created educational-methodical support of educational process in General.
