Analytical provision of the monitoring of the energy efficiency growth based on the example of federal districts and regions of the south of Russia

The improvement urgency of the monitoring of the region energy capacity is proved. It is suggested to correct the technique of the practical calculation of the aggregated measure of the energy capacity of the economy and to introduce the index of the energy capacity of the gross regional product (GRP). Estimations of the influence of the GRP growth on energy capacity of the economy by the example of regions of the South of Russia are obtained.
