Analysis of administrative legal regulation of genomic medicine in China

Modern high-tech medicine is more associated with the use of modern genomic technologies. These methods of treating sick people open up wide opportunities for both positive changes and global harm to humanity. In this regard, the issue of competent administrative and legal regulation of this sphere of public relations becomes very urgent in order to exclude any negative impact on the part of criminals. To solve this problem, it is advisable to study the existing foreign experience. In this paper, we will focus on administrative and legal regulation of the diagnosis and editing of the human genome in China.
