Analysis of biologically active substances of Hippophae rhamnoides L. fruit

The article presents an analysis of some bioactive compounds of sea buckthorn fruit (Hippophae rhamnoides L.), picked up in 2021-2023 in the Amur region, in particular dietary fibers, their fractional, amino acid and polyphenolic composition. It was found that the fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides L. is a source of protein, the average value of which in the analyzed samples was 18.37 g/100 mg. It should also be noted that the content of acid-detergent lignin (5.77 g/100 g) and hemicellulose (8.46 g/100 g) is low, and the content of polyphenols is high. Thus, the studies conducted have shown that fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides L. is high-potential and physiologically valuable ingredient that can be used to develop functional products.
