Analysis of the activities of the customs authorities protection of intellectual objects property

At present, when the information society is developing dynamically, and science and technology are moving forward, the protection of intellectual property rights is becoming increasingly important. The creation of the results of creative and intellectual activity is necessary not only for the development of the spiritual side of society, but also for maintaining the economic well-being of the country. Therefore, ensuring a high level of protection of intellectual property rights is one of the key factors in the development of the state. The article defines the role of the customs authorities of Russia in the process of protecting intellectual property objects and customs control when moving such objects. In this work, an analysis of the activities of the Federal Customs Service of Russia in the field of protection of intellectual property rights was carried out, problems were identified and directions for its improvement were proposed.
