Purpose: Comparative analysis of statistical data about the dynamics of oncologic morbidity of population, resident districts of the Bryansk area with the different levels of nuclear pollution. Material and methods: Indexes of morbidity of population of muddy and «clean» districts by the most widespread types of malignant new formations - cancer of thyroid, lung, stomach, suckling gland, by tumours from krovetvornoy and lymphatic fabric were studied from data of statistical reports of the Bryansk oncologic dispensary after 1993-2006 years. Results: For period 1993-2006 in the Bryansk area the permanent increase of morbidity takes place by the cancer of thyroid. Reliable distinctions in levels and average annual growth of indexes of morbidity rates by the cancer of thyroid among the population of muddy and «clean» districts absent. It is set that indexes of morbidity by this pathology among women substantially higher, than for both chaffs on the whole. It is possible it was to suppose in theory, that under influence of chronic irradiation there will be growth of morbidity the tumours of the system of gemopoeza. While this supposition does not prove to be correct - level of morbidity by these new formations of both men and women, during the last 14 years remains relatively stable and exceedings of this index among the habitants of the controlled territories as compared to «clean» does not come to light districts. Conclusions: 1.Growth of morbidity of population the cancer of thyroid is characteristic for all territory of the Bryansk area, that testifies to insolvency of methods of extrapolation of fall of fallouts with the isotopes of caesium on sinking with the isotopes of iodine and about the necessity of activation of examinations of population, sex of especially women, on the exposure of this pathology on all territory of the Bryansk area. 2.It is not exposed reliable difference in the dynamics of morbidity by the cancer of stomach, suckling gland, lung and by the tumours of the system of gemopoeza in the controlled (South-west) districts of the Bryansk area and in «clean» territories for period from 1993 to 2006.
