Analysis of the dynamics of common phenotypic manifestations of immune deficiency in patients with primary immunodeficiency according to the long-term observation outcomes

Long-term observations of a group of children with primary immunodeficiency have been presented in the article. In general, it has been shown that phenotypic manifestations of congenital immunodeficiency are polymorphic, but there are substantial clinical differences depending on the primary immunodeficiency form. Modern diagnostic methods and proper therapy enable to improve the course and prognosis of the disease in many respects.
