This article examines the problem of the formation of conflictological competence, which is fundamental in the teacher’s professiogram. Namely, the reasons for the high conflict potential of the educational environment, the possibility of its optimization. The article describes the analysis of the teacher’s conflictological competence from the standpoint of its essence and structure, as well as the possibility of its development.
