Analysis of the functionality of the internal affairs offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the system of protecting women from oppressment and violence: in the context of ensuring human rights

The article is devoted to the analysis of key documents of the normative legal framework containing a set of regulatory provisions aimed at solving the problem of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is to ensure women's rights, in terms of their protection from oppression and violence. Revealing a number of essential aspects corresponding to the general direction of the study, the author draws special attention to the functionality of national internal affairs bodies, called upon to solve, among other things, the task, the high-quality development of which will allow achieving the expected level of protection of women's rights.
