Analysis of the functionality of the business analytics platform "Luxms BI"

The article explores the competitive advantages and growth areas of the Russian platform "Luxms BI", which implements a full cycle of working with data and allows making management decisions based on them. An interview was conducted with a team of data analysts to study the functionality of the platform as part of the study. A low threshold for entering the use of the platform, the ability to work with data in real time, as well as Data Boring functionality are highlighted as advantages. Analysts called the areas of growth, which are: the differentiation of user access rights, the content of the documentation, the json editor, the lack of a single DAX-like language, and the inability to combine multiple data sources at the dashboard level. Based on the growth areas listed above, recommendations for improving the functionality of the platform were proposed and sent to the development team.
