Analysis and justification by the methods of mathematical static of meat crushing methods

The purpose of this work is to consider the process of freezing meat, as well as distinguishing the cutting of frozen meat blocks from traditional methods. The paper considers the technological features of machines for grinding frozen meat, as well as the impact of factors affecting the degree of grinding.
