Analysis and assessment of the level of landscaping of the territory as a factor of the quality of the urban environment

The article considers a system of tools for assessing the state of the green framework of urban areas, shows the importance of the state of green areas for the quality and comfort of the urban environment. On the example of large cities of the Siberian Federal District Kemerovo, Barnaul, Tomsk and Irkutsk, indicators characterizing the green frame of the city were analyzed, the relationship of indicators with the quality index of the urban environment was shown, the regulatory framework for regulating the parameters of landscaping of urban areas was studied, the advantages of visualizing the green frame of urban areas were identified to justify management decisions in the field of landscaping and landscaping. Based on the analysis of the quality index of the urban environment, statistical indicators characterizing landscaping, and methodological approaches to the formation of these indicators, the need is justified and a system of indicators of landscaping of territories is proposed, structured by levels depending on the scale of coverage of the territory and accessibility.
