Analysis and improvement of the customs bodies of the Russian Federation for the investigation of administrative offenses

The article is devoted to the analysis of the activities of customs authorities in the field of investigation of administrative offenses in the customs sphere. Statistical data on the investigation by officials of customs authorities of cases of administrative offenses and the imposition of punishments are presented. The main problems are identified and possible solutions are presented in the field of activity of the customs authorities of Russia.
