Analysis of changes in the basic parameters of production and trade of bucklet in the world

For the period from 1990 to 2018, the dynamics of the world production of buckwheat was investigated. The main buckwheat producing countries have been identified. Revealed a structural shift in the scale of producer countries. The dynamics of buckwheat export in physical terms is estimated. The main exporters and importers of buckwheat are shown. The dynamics of the share of exports in the world production of buckwheat is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the growth rates of production and export of buckwheat has been carried out. The share of exports in the world production of buckwheat is increasing against the background of increasing exports and reducing production, which indicates an increasing export orientation of buckwheat production.
