It is carried out research of macroscopical and organometric parameters of 551 placenta at patients, ex-posed to toxical-smoke intoxication during forest fires (FF) on various stages of gestation process (the basic group - BG) and 569 placenta at patients which pregnancy proceeded in rather favorable ecological conditions (control group - CG). The purpose of research: the analysis of placenta changes at women which pregnancy proceeded in conditions of influence of the polluted air environment products of burn-ing from FF.
