Analysis of the effectiveness of the state support of small and medium-sized enterprises in the regions (for example, Vladimir oblast)

The article based on the survey of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who have received State financial grant support for the analysis of the viability of such enterprises. For the first time in domestic science examined the dependence of viability of enterprises from the view of subsidies such as grants to the newly established innovative enterprises, grants on lease contracts, export subsidies and other. A comparison of the effectiveness of the State financial support to SMES-legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (IE). The author concludes that the extremely inefficient to provide financial assistance to the newly established innovative SMES at regional level - 50% of such organizations were blocked for two years; legal persons stopped in 3 times more frequently than IE. In a difficult economic climate in which the Russian Federation is at the present time, there is an increasing need for correct and effective use of government subsidies to support small and medium-sized businesses. The conclusions of the article will adjust the distribution of such assistance from inefficient activities, but at the same time will provide additional support for more effective ways.
