Analysis of the economy through the prism of civil law

This scientific article deals with the problems of interaction between civil law and Economics. First of all, the need to study integral Sciences was noted. Further, the question of the dependence of law on economic and social changes was raised, the problem was analyzed using the example of sanctions imposed against Russia and the corresponding reaction against them. It was found that there is no reason to consider the approaches of economic analysis of law as an alternative methodology of civil research or a defining vector of the legislative process. This does not prevent its development from being used to assess the regulatory impact of regulations.
