Analysis of an experimental approach to increasing the level of professionalization of the national police of the Republic of the Congo

The article examines certain provisions of a joint Congolese-European project conducted in the National Police of the Republic of the Congo in order to adapt police functions to new requirements requiring the modernization of law enforcement and its focus on improving the professional training of employees of the noted department to solve their tasks and better implement their mission, which has a pronounced social significance.
