Analysis of the staff of scientific and pedagogical staff in the universities of Chuvashia in the 1990s - the beginning of the XXI century

Introduction. This article analyzes the personnel of the scientific and pedagogical staff of law faculties in universities of Chuvashia in the 1990s - early XXI century. The research is based on archival sources and modern scientific works, including anthologies of documents and statistical data on law faculties of universities in the region. Special attention is paid to the historiography of the topic and the analysis of the works of leading Russian experts. Innovative teaching methods used to improve the skills of teachers are considered and their impact on the educational process is analyzed. Statistical data on the number of students and teaching staff are also presented.
