Analysis of book studies requirements for electronic educational resource

The article notes the insufficient development of bibliological aspects of electronic educational literature, which is currently recommended as the main one for use in the general educational process. Based on the requirements contained in regulations, state standards, and scientific literature, the authors analyze the book characteristics of electronic educational resources, which must be considered basic in the process of expert activities carried out in relation to these resources by government agencies. The analysis is carried out on the basis of the provisions on the components of the book system as a type of document. The conclusion is drawn that in order to develop a high quality electronic educational product, the requirements for electronic educational resources by government agencies must be supplemented with the bibliological requirements traditionally imposed on educational literature. This will help streamline the didactic pedagogical and bibliographic properties of electronic educational resources, and identify the principles for analyzing their methodological and theoretical aspects.
