In article the expert analysis of state of dispensary observation and productivity of rendering specialized medical care at patients with chronic dermatosis is described. The directions of collaboration of dermatovenerologist and other experts within medical examination, degree of competence and responsibility of the dermatovenerologist when carrying out dispensary observation are considered. Scientific justification of need the improvement organizational and economic technologies and creations of algorithm of interdisciplinary interaction between the dermatovenerologist and doctors of other specialties is given.
