Analysis of a model of personal and professional self-development of director’s advisers on education

The article describes the ideas of V.A. Slastenin on the professional self-development of teachers, provides ideas on the personal and professional self-development of teachers from the point of view of synergetic, dynamic and subjective approaches. It also provides a model of personal and professional self-development of teachers under conditions of an integrative educational environment in the context of building a model of personal and professional self-development of director’s advisers on education.
