Analysis of T315I mutation in chronic myeloid leukemia patients from Republic of Bashkortostan

In this article, we conducted a screening T315I mutation, which is the cause of resistance of patients during treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI). We found seven T315I mutations by direct sequencing and confirmed them by RFLP analysis. The frequency of T315I mutation in CML patients from Bashkortostan was 14%.
