Analysis of national models of legal regulation of the activities of private military security companies (on the example of the Great Britain and the USA)

In the modern period of time, in the age of globalization, the solution of the problem of legal regulation of the activities of private military companies is relevant for the entire world community as a whole. The purpose of the work is to analyze the ways to control the activities of private military and security companies, developed by the governments of Great Britain and the United States of America, since their legislation is the most developed, moreover, they have undergone long-term practice compared to other states.
