The analysis of hypotensive therapy assignment by the local doctors of Tomsk city and Tomsk region

Aim of the research was study of pharmakoepidemiology of hypotensive therapy in real clinical practice. The interrogation of polyclinic doctors was used. It was the first time, when comparative analysis of hypotensive therapy was conducted depending on a place of residence. The basis of assignments in both groups was composed of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor, diuretics, beta-adrenoblockers, antagonists of calcium channels. The percentage of preparations of the prolonged action assignment is low. As a whole qualification of doctors of the city and of the region is similar, and drug administration corresponds to national recommendations on the treatment of arterial hypertension.
