Analisis of German practices ensuring safe aging of citizens

The subject of the research is the German experience in ensuring the safety of older citizens in modern demographic conditions that reduce the effectiveness of previous approaches. Both traditional ways of ensuring safety through the service sector and modern trends in the digitalization of care for the elderly are analyzed. The limitations of a socio-demographic nature that impede the provision of an adequate level of safety for the elderly have been identified. Particular attention is paid to the limitations of the implementation of the development of modern technologies of assistance in the practice of modern care for the elderly. Analyzed management practices in various areas — the formation of government programs, insurance, marketing practices, work with the population and others. All this, in the author's opinion, may be of interest to Russian managers.
