Analysis of the regulatory and legal support of anti-corruption in the customs authorities

The article provides a classification of measures, as well as an analysis of regulatory and legal regulation to combat corruption in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. The identification, suppression, prevention of corruption offenses (crimes) and the prosecution of persons guilty of their commission shall be carried out within the scope of their competence by the prosecution, state security, internal affairs, and customs authorities. Federal bodies of state power, bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and bodies of local self-government carry out the fight against corruption within their powers.
