Analysis of organizational changes in the system of regional administration in Russia

The article reveals the results of two main territorial reforms in Russia that changed the role of regions subjects and objects' of economic relations, stages of the evolution and the relations between the federal center and regions during more than 25 years of market reforms that led to considerable organizational structure changes of regional management development but did not provide a considerable growth of the efficiency of regional social and economic policy were singled out and analyzed.
