Analyzing the characteristics of learning of generation Z

The training of specialists has a special influence on the formation of the future labor force of the state. This paper attempts to substantiate the sociological significance of adaptation of training for generation Z. The aspects of individualization of generation, value orientations according to the generational theory of W. Strauss and N. Howe are considered. Different variations of changing the methodology of training for young specialists are also mentioned.
