The article deals with the problem of the formation of communicative universal educational actions of primary schoolchildren. The creation of the following pedagogical conditions will contribute to the solution of this problem: the adoption as a methodological basis for the formation of communicative universal educational actions of students of the system-activity, personality-oriented and communicative-cognitive approaches; taking into account the age characteristics of students; application of innovative educational technologies; active use of various forms of cooperation and communication, both in educational and extracurricular activities.
