The analysis of power readiness indicators of girls 10 - 15 years

For effective development of secondary school age girls’ power ability and their objective evaluation is necessary to review the existing regulations of power performance evaluation at physical education lessons. Make them accessible and informative for girls of secondary school age who have a different body type. The paper analyzes 23 test exercises, describing the power of girls aged 10 - 15 years, in three areas - the reproducibility, consistency and data availability. Our results show that with age, decreases the amount of reliable relationships, but increases the level of significance of these characteristics. The studies identified exercises that meet standards and can be used effectively in the school sports practice.
