The analysis of indicators of the daily profile of arterial pressure in children and teenagers with the diabetes mellitus of 1 type complicated with nephropathy

Daily monitoring of arterial pressure in 55 children and teenagers with diabetes of 1 type at the age from 10 to 18 years, with duration of disease from 2 to 16 years by device Shiller BR102 plus (Switzerland) is done. Depending on degree of expressiveness of a diabetic nephropathy patients have been divided into three groups: 1st - normal level albumin (n=17), 2nd - microalbuminuria (n=22), 3rd - a proteinuria (n=16) and 15 persons were taken as control group of the same sex and age. In children and teenagers with diabetes of 1 type according to arterial pressure daily monitoring, signs of a labile arterial hypertension were found 34.1%, while stable - in 25.5%. Frequency of revealing of stable forms of arterial hypertension has depended on expressiveness of the diabetic nephropathy. The daily rhythm of the HELL in patients with diabetes of 1 type was characterized by low degree of night decrease the HELL. 47.1% of patients of the 1st group, 72.7% of patients of the 2nd and 75% of patients of the 3d had no adequate decrease in the HELL at night.
