In the study, a comparative analysis of the consistency of punch power indicators among highly qualified boxers of different categories (MS and CMS) was conducted using the coefficient of variation (CV). The trials involved 11 athletes (4 MS and 7 CMS) aged 17–20 years. Testing was carried out in the discipline of “blow to force” using certified equipment. It was established that MS athletes demonstrate significantly higher consistency in power indicators (CV = 6,86 ± 2,37%) compared to CMS athletes (CV = 12,58 ± 9,05%). Qualitative differences in the types of punch force trajectories were identified: 100% of MS athletes showed a wave-like type, while in the CMS group, a descending type predominated (57,1 %). Correlation analysis did not reveal a significant relationship between absolute punch force and the CV indicator (ρ = 0,35; p = 0,28). The results confirm that the consistency of power indicators is an independent characteristic, not dependent on the absolute magnitude of punch force, which underscores the need for targeted development of this quality in the training process.
