The article studied change in chemical and quality indicators of river fish under the influence of anthropogenic factors, taking considering the environmental condition in the selected area. The object of the study was 3 species of river fish: pike perch (Sander lucioperca), crucian carp (Carassius), pike (Esox lucius), inhabiting the Tom River (Kemerovo Region). A preliminary analysis of water quality indicators of samples taken in this location was carried out. Water samples were analyzed at the Kemerovo State University. Also, in order to identify influencing factors, air quality and pollution monitoring was carried out in places where samples were taken for subsequent research using IQAir. Laboratory studies of the selected fish samples in these locations were based on the quality indicator determination, particularly iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus. The tests were carried out in the accredited laboratory of the city of Kemerovo, FGBU "VNIIZZH".
