Analysis of practices of state regulation of blockchain technologies in China

The article analyzes the current state and prevailing approaches to state regulation of blockchain technologies in China. The regulatory system, the main regulatory documents are considered, examples of the introduction of blockchain technologies in various sectors of the economy of this country are given. The author expresses an opinion on the possibility of applying the Chinese experience in Russian conditions, indicates that the slowness of state bodies of the Russian Federation in regulating the use of blockchain technologies in the economy is a serious inhibiting factor in their development.
