The article discusses the changes in the practice of real estate valuation, taking due federal valuation standard number 7 «Real Estate Appraisal», have made adjustments in the methods of the comparative approach to the assessment of real estate and the algorithm of their use. Author offers new ways to solve problems caused by conflicts between existing practices of evaluation and innovation. It presents options for the application of qualitative methods of valuation of real estate, in particular, qualimetric modeling.
