The article is dedicated to the analysis of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for processing job applications in the context of increasing volumes of resumes and the complexity of candidate selection. The paper discusses modern AI algorithms, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and recommendation systems, which enable the automation of resume analysis and enhance the efficiency of recruitment. Special attention is given to the advantages and limitations of these technologies, such as speeding up data processing, ensuring decision objectivity, and matching candidates with job requirements. In conclusion, recommendations are provided for integrating AI into human resource management processes to improve the handling of job applications.
