Analysis of human development capital in RF

Human capital is a prerequisite for maintaining the competitiveness of the economy of the country and the state in the world markets in the context of globalization, as well as the most important characteristic of the activities of the legislative and executive authorities in the country. In this article, the authors explored the essence and main problems of human capital development in Russia. Questions and problems related to the assessment of the quality of human capital, factors contributing to its development are also considered. The authors conclude that significant investments are needed for the development of human capital in our country.
