Analysis of the problems of the device of unventilated risers

The article considers the threat of failure of the hydraulic seal when installing unventilated risers in multi-storey buildings. The article analyzes the domestic experience in this matter, in particular the method of A. Ya. Dobromyslov and some points of the Joint Venture 30.13330.2012 Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings. Updated version of SNiP 2.04.01-85 on this issue. The results of the calculation of the fulfillment of the conditions of ventilation of the yard sewer adjacent to residential buildings, taking into account the partial use of unventilated risers in the building, are presented.
