Analysis of problems arising at the stage of prevention of bankruptcy and at the stage of procedure of bankruptcy of credit organizations

The article deals with the analysis of problems arising at the stage of prevention of insolvency (bankruptcy) of credit institutions, since it is at this stage that the question of the need and feasibility of initiating bankruptcy proceedings as a current one is solved and in the case of procedure of bankruptcy raises a question of formation of bankruptcy estate.
