Analysis of corporate social responsibility programs in the conditions of digital transformation

The article is focused on the features of implementing corporate social responsibility programs of companies in the context of digital transformation. The study expands the current researchers’ understanding of corporate social responsibility by arguing and demonstrating that digital transformation is one of the most influential factors in corporate social responsibility. We have systematized the theory of digital transformation and the stakeholder theory in order to identify the impact of digital transformation on corporate social responsibility, and formulated an approach to analyzing the system of corporate social responsibility in the context of digital transformation. The article presents an analysis of the features of implementing corporate social responsibility programs in key areas of the economy by the companies that have the highest rates of digital transformation. We have identified the possible directions for the development of corporate responsibility of companies in the context of digital transformation, presented both possibilities and constraints. The study will allow commercial organizations to implement social responsibility policies more effectively and individualize it taking into account the goals of the organization.
