Analysis of software tools for developing tests of intermediate, final control and organization of independent work of cadets

The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024” states that the Government of the Russian Federation needs to ensure “the creation of a modern and safe digital educational environment that ensures high quality and accessibility of education of all types and levels”. The question arises what software tools to use to implement this Presidential Decree. The article analyzes popular software tools for creating tests for conducting intermediate and final control of the studied material and organizing independent work. For the analysis, evaluation criteria are selected, which, in our opinion, are currently essential for educational organizations of the Russian Federation, including higher military institutions.
