Analysis of customs expertise in customs business

The article pays special attention to the main provisions on customs expertise, regulatory legal acts regulating the conduct of examinations, and also considers such a division as the Central Forensic Customs Administration, whose activities are inextricably linked with the implementation of the tasks of the customs authorities of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. The article analyzes the statistics of customs expertise production for 2020 and judicial practice.
