Analysis of psychopathological mechanism of socially dangerous acts in patients under coercive treatment

we have conducted analysis of socially dangerous acts committed according to psychopathologic mechanism in patients of various nosological groups staying at DSIH «TCPH» in late 2007. We have revealed differences in level of adaptation and extent of crimegeneity before committing the acts and according to frequency of alcohol intake and its role in severity of committing the offences, according to duration of staying under coercive treatment.
