Analysis of the implementation of public-private partnership programs in the health system of vfd regions

This paper presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of programs of public-private partnership in the health system of the Russian Federation subjects included in the Volga Federal District. On the example of VFD regions, there was shown the possibility of interaction between state and private investors in developing and implementing effective models to help improve health system performance. Analyzing the model of public-private partnership, the author shows prospects for the development of the health sector in the regions of the Volga Federal District.
