Analysis of the effectiveness of the system of legal regulation of production activity in Russia and abroad

The article presents the results of the analysis of the systems of legal regulation of producer activity in Russia and abroad. Based on the data obtained, the authors conclude that at present, law enforcement practice in Russia is more flexible, ahead of the legislator and is an example of a rapid response to the needs of society in the conditions of the development of a developed and differentiated system of copyright protection.
