The article presents an analysis of the results of assessing the level of mastering the technique of motor actions in 10-11 year old students with intellectual disabilities. The relevance of the study is substantiated due to the fact that at the age of 10-11, children with intellectual disabilities develop basic motor skills that are important for social adaptation. Assessing their mastery will help identify problems and develop adapted educational programs to improve the motor development and quality of life of this contingent. The features and problems in the development of the motor sphere of students with intellectual disabilities are identified. Based on the results of pedagogical observation and video recording, an assessment is made of the technique of motor actions for the main segments of the body, as well as in all phases of running. The main technical errors, the frequency with which they occur and the reasons for their occurrence are identified. The data obtained will form the basis for the work on optimizing the processes of physical education and correcting motor disorders in students with special educational needs.
